Friday @9pm Eastern. It's semi-live/speed based. I suggest just being on time. WARNING: This challenge has the potential to be CRUCIAL! Be here! {Spoilers}

I work too. I've already talked to him about the "less than 24 hour warning for a CRUCIAL LIVE CHALLENGE" but apparently there's nothing he can do -__-

You act like I gave a 10 hour warning. lol 22 1/2 hours should be very sufficient. If not...then you don't check the site enough, yo. Also...once Tree Mail goes up...it doesn't change. As I've said a few times, share your schedules and I can work around them...but do so BEFORE Tree Mail. ^.^

Actually, I IM'd you a few hours before tree mail was to be posted asking when it was going up. And then after it was posted, I IMd you within the hour saying how it was a problem for me. So I think I check the site sufficiently. Also, my work schedules are given to me well in advance, and the fact that you're saying "oh 22 hours should be enough" is just maddening... What do you expect us to do! Call in and skip work within the 22 hour notice we're given? You obviously don't have a grasp on reality here. This is pretty much confirmed by the fact that you think its a good decision to schedule something like this on a Friday night? You obviously don't have a social life or a steady job. It's the end of a work week and people want to relax or go out and do something. I urge you to raise your awareness concerning the decisions you make and try to consider how those decisions affect your players.
Also, I've never been told to share my schedule with you, and frankly, I never would. It's just sloppy to assume your players will know to send their weekly work schedules in the rare case you decide to throw up a crucial challenge with less than 24 hours notice. I just love how there's now 3 of us that can't make it and it's not just me.
I'm not being a bitch, I'm just not afraid to call bullshit on bad hosting calls. There's a reason people say not to play Nemle games. Notice I've made this post without "excessive swearing" and other rude gestures. I'm trying to present this as respectfully as I can (even though I won't get a respectful or competent reply$. Have a wonderful day and peace out.

Also, I have no idea why you have this sick obsession with trying to call me out in the public forum. When we talk on aim, it's always very respectful and light-hearted. On the board however, your posts are condescending and sound like you just don't care. Villainize me if you want, but you don't have to be rude, especially since you're the host.
*awaits your condescending and smart ass reply cause we all know its coming*

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm a parent and I have a life, but Fridays and Saturdays are the BEST nights of the week for me to do a challenge. Host has always told me in the past that he doesn't care about people's social lives when he's hosting a game. 99% of games I play in, the hosts NEVER take a break for Canadian holidays. It's just something we all have to expect when we sign up for a game.
I get your anguish Carol, but sometimes we have to just accept the cards dealt to us.

Here's the thing, Carol. I've told you guys time and time again that if you wish for me to work the game around your schedules so you don't find yourselves in situations where you're working when a live challenge goes up...to share any knowledge of your schedules in advance so that I can do as much. You just admitted to knowing your schedule well in advance and then admitted that you'd never share said schedule. Even when you hit me up on AIM and I told you Tree Mail was going up last night & the challenge tonight...you said nothing until AFTER Tree Mail went up. So that's on you, not me. It's not sloppy to expect the players to share their schedules. What's sloppy is expecting the host to read your mind or change things after Tree Mail has gone up because you decided to wait until then to say something. If you know you won't be available between Time A to Time B then it's only logical to inform the host to ensure nothing occurs within that time slot. Not doing so and then blaming the host is childish.
As for being respectful, you've been borderline on this concept nearly all game. Even in this, if you think that's being respectful...then you need to research its definition. Insulting someone and their game over and over is in no way respectful; your comment here had plenty of rude gestures. I've treated you no differently on the site as I have on AIM and the only thing I've ever apologized to you about was when I unwittingly made a condescending post. I told you I will treat you as you treat me. I've shown zero difference from board to AIM. I'm not condescending; I just don't take your shit. I mean, do you honestly expect to spend 5 posts attacking someone then wonder why they called you out? Grow up. Play the game and stop whining so damn much.
It's simple. 1) There are rules. Follow them. This includes respect. If you wish to be treated with respect, then start showing it. I'm sick of being lenient. 2) If you know you won't be available at certain times...share so I can ensure nothing goes down at an inconvenient time for you. Otherwise, it's your own damn fault and you have no reason to bitch. 3) Your social life is of ZERO concern to me nor is MY social life a concern to this game. You don't know my life so don't act like you have insight. 4) I don't give 2 shits what haters have told you about me. They're haters for a reason and it's highly unlikely they'd give praise.
This thread is being locked cause I'm sick of the drama. Rules of conduct are very clear. Behave and play the game like you're here to do...or...see yourself eventually removed because you don't know how to act like an adult.
